Project Info:

During my senior year at Cal Poly Pomona, we designed the successor to the Voyager I and Voyager II spacecraft, Voyager III. This project was for a made up RFP that myself and 7 other team members wrote, designed, and presented our PDR (Preliminary Design Review) to members of the Aerospace industry. This project required various technical skills and program management skills, from Gantt charts and cost analyses to stress analysis, trajectory projections, and CAD modeling.

My role in the group was the Systems Engineering & Structure Lead. I was in charge of generating the CAD model, the stress analysis including the vibration analysis, and overall structural design of our spacecraft.
